however here are some basic options for your consideration.

7 minute quickie
Use when you only have a short period to achieve a relaxed,
happy state of wellbeing.
Can be done either standing or seated.
Use in between speakers.

45 minute invigoration session
Best used first thing in the morning
Motivate mobilize energize

2hour Team building
Use as stand alone session or
Incorporate in the afternoon as key session
Delegates will be given full movement instruction after which group work
will commence followed by team presentation and or group finale.
